Standard Warranty

All warranty products are sold with a 1 Year Warranty included as standard. Extended warranties can be purchase for each product. The warranty does not include customer replaceable items/consumables, such as fuser units, toners or print cartridges.

The standard one year warranty includes:

• Access to the Customer Welcome Centre - Professional dedicated Help Desk Team
• On site support - expert engineers, fully trained and accredited
• All parts, labour and travel covered - no hidden costs

With in the first 90 days of product purchase you can choose form a range of warranty extensions. Such as:

• 2 year extended on-site service (total 3 years on site when combined with the 1 year warranty)
• 3 year extended on-site service (total 4 years on site when combined with the 1 year warranty)

What is not included?

Any works where it is evident that the machine has not been used in accordance with the manufacturers specifications. This includes the use of non original consumables.

Parts with a defined page count, including, but not limited to toners, inks and fusers.

Any consumable related activity.

If the machine develops a fault the customer is responsible for ensuring that all consumable parts are checked, re-seated etc, prior to calling an engineer.

If your printer needs to be returned Document Logic Ltd, we will arrange the collection from the delivery address, at no cost.
