What is ScanFlowStore and what does it do?

Nuance ScanFlowStore is easy to use server based software, that provides the ability to digitally archive your documents via the walk up digital display of your Xerox MFP. The hot button interface, is simple to use and allows you to specify the location where you would like to save your scanned document. This ensures your documents are stored in a proper folder, in the file format of your choice - documents can also be scanned directly to an e-mail address.

If that wasn’t enough you can also scan directly with 'Scan PC to Desktop' allowing fast editing of your documents directly on your own desktop, all with drag and drop ease.

Simple, hot button interface

Scanning has never been easier, simply select your workflow by clicking one of the hot buttons on the MFP’s walk up display.

Reduce the need for data entry

Zone OCR, automatically extracts data such as barcodes and standard values, reducing the need for data entry when handling large quantities of documents.

Scan directly to the network

Simply select the destination on the printers display and press start. Documents can be stored in a range of formats including PDF, Tiff, Excel and JPEG.

Easy to install

ScanFlowStore is stored centrally on the network server, eliminating the need for installation on individual workstations and eliminating the need for training.
