Premium NeverTear is a matt white film that can be printed using colour or mono printers. This durable, tear-resistant and water-resistant sheet is ideal for frequently handled documents. DuraPaper is a digitally optimised synthetic media. Ideal for outdoor applications where weather resistance and durability are paramount. It is chemical resistant and waterproof, lending itself to a variety of applications in the harshest environments. DuraPaper is available in SRA3 and has a thickness of 255 microns. It is specially coated for use in digital colour printers and copiers and can be duplexed for greater productivity.

Traditionally, production of short run packaging board products hasn’t been viable. Even with digital printing equipment, there are then serious considerations and effort involved with downstream conversion of packaging board, to the extent where only long run
applications make sense. Xerox DigiBoards are SRA3, 210g/m² packaging boards, which are pre-creased, partially cut and perforated. The creases are specially designed to ensure the surface remains flat to maintain print quality. Once printed, simply guillotine or remove perforations, tear away unwanted board and fold your DigiBoard sheet into the final product. The perfect short run solution for production of mug boxes, tent cards, pillow packs, business card boxes, folders, gift boxes…
DocuMagnet is one of several magnetic media products specifically designed for your high-speed laser applications. This unique product combines a 54mm x 86mm magnet integrated into an A4 coated or uncoated carrier sheet. It is available in a standard 1 up configuration only and is approved for running in Xerox digital printers.

Digital Envelopes have been developed to run smoothly through laser printers and to give superb print quality and toner bonding that our customers expect. The Xerox Custom PINTab Solution is a new application that delivers sensitive or personal information such as PIN numbers to clients in a highly secure format. The carrier sheet is a 100g/m² bright, white, laser guaranteed sheet designed for mono laser printing. Data is printed directly onto the top layer of the label or ‘tab’ and the black, patterned background ensures the PIN cannot be read without pulling the tab. The PINTab has been designed to counter 13 different forms of security attack and is fully tamper-evident.
