What is PagePack?

Xerox PagePack bundles together service and pages printed on a pay per print or cost per page basis. It also includes the replenishment of consumables such as toner, hardware support and maintenance of your machine. There is a minimum monthly commitment, automatic meter readings take place daily and printing media such as paper is not included as part of the agreement.

Simple and flexible 

Based on your estimated page volume, we will help you determine a Service and Supplies Plan to suit you. We will provide you with a simple contract that renews automatically over a given period.

Predictable invoicing

By having having all your invoices for supplies and maintenance in one place, you can budget more effectively. Any additional printing over your contract is charged at a flat rate per page.

Value for money

Accurately budget your print costs thanks. With all supplies, maintenance and a fixed price per page you can accurately predict your invoices before you have even received them.

Peace of mind

Relax it's all taken care of the entire print fleet is covered by a Xerox maintenance contract and should anything go wrong one of our engineers will come on-site to repair the unit.

What products are eligible?

Any Xerox printer, copier or multi-function system over 16 pages per minute, branded CopyCentre®, WorkCentre® or WorkCentre® Pro are eligible for the PagePack service agreement.
