On-site Warranty

All of the Xerox products we sell here at Document Logic Limited are sold with 1 Years Warranty included as standard. Extended warranties can be purchased for each product, but does not cover customer replaceable items including consumables, fuser units, toners and print cartridges.

Within the first 90 days of purchasing a Xerox product from us you can choose from a range of Warranty extensions including 2 years extended on-site service (total of 3 years when combined with the 1 year warranty) or the 3 year extended warranty (totalling 4 years when combined with 1 year warranty).

On site support

If your product needs hands-on technical support, one of our Xerox trained engineers will be on-site by the next business day, or even sooner in most regions. All spare parts, labour and travelling expenses are included as part of the service.
