It doesn’t stop here

The more we get to know about your print environment, the greater the savings we can make. Managed print doesn’t stop at the first implementation. We continually observe and suggest improvements to your print network.

Reflect and improve

Along with many other metrics, we monitor:

  • Device type – is it the correct unit for that location?
  • Cost – how can we make it cheaper?
  • Users – are employees using the correct devices.

Printers that always print

We can install print server software that detects whenever there is printer fault and alerts a Xerox engineer to fix the device. What’s more, your IT department can also monitor devices on your print network to check for minor faults and paper jams.

Data at your fingertips

We will give you access to a service portal where you can see performance reports, check meter reads, request supplies and report breakdowns.
