Slow and steady

We will slowly change your print environment to bring it inline with the agreed design. When there are so many devices and vendors supplying services to you business it would be unwise to rush in to changing anything without fully understanding it first.

Training

It’s important that your employees are not neglected during all of this change. Depending on your requirements, we can arrange training sessions, ‘how to’ guides, posters and other materials to make everyone aware of their new print environment.

Support

At all times Document Logic will be on hand to assist with the implementation. We track changes made to the print environment and monitor device usage to ensure employees follow the agreed plan, making changes where necessary.

Flexible payment

One of the key benefits to a Managed Print service is the single invoice you receive. But that’s not all, we’re flexible and can work to suit your accounts depart whether you pay quarterly, monthly, with a fixed or variable invoice.
