Planning for change

We will present you with a before and after floor plan that illustrates where we will relocate your devices to improve efficiency. There’s a lot to consider and it’s all based on driving cost savings.

Less printers

Often we find certain machines are under used and can be retired. Other times it may be better to swap several small printers for one larger one. All of our suggestions will be based on the Total Cost of Ownership, as established during our initial Assessment. That means all of our suggestions are designed to reduce your annual spend.

We’ve got it covered

Your workplace plan will include all of your office printing devices: faxes, printers, copiers and faxes. And it doesn’t have to be Xerox either. We’ll happily manage any device that fits in with your printing solution. We will consider future expansion and ensure you aren’t running at full capacity from day one.

Every devise treated equally

Our Managed Print contracts utilise the Xerox Page Pack service, which is based on cost per page printed. We will transfer all of your devices to Page Pack or a similar contract which will help control your print budget. Typically we’ve found client’s have agreements with different vendors, each providing their services in their own way.
