We accept all major credit and debit card payments for equipment and services. All our products are sourced through UK distributors and carry standard manufacturers warranty. Depending on the product, standard warranty is usually 12 months return to base or 12 months on-site as standard. In mission critical environments, the standard warranty is often insufficient and we will be happy to give you a quote to up-lift the standard warranty to guaranteed on-site maintenance contract.

We offer a number leasing options for equipment over £500. If you are interested, then please contact us for more information. A rental amount and a period can be tailored to suit your requirements.
We do offer a purchase installment plan (PIP) over a 12 month period. You pay 25% of the total value upfront along with the total VAT. The remainder is then spread over 12 months with 4 quarterly payments. It is interest free.
We normally dispatch orders the same day from receipt of cheque/payment. All orders are dispatched on a next day delivery basis. In most cases our couriers fulfill delivery the following day. However, we are not responsible for service failure from our couriers. On the bigger equipment such as Copycentres & Workcentres, it may be up to 2 weeks.
